La Ermita Micrlot - Nariño, Colombia

From the very remote and isolated highlands of Nariño, this selection comes from 28 small family farms working together to access international markets. All farms within this collective are less than 6 acres in size and all grow Caturra Variety. 

Elevation ranges from 1800 to 2400 MASL, producing a very flavorful and dense coffee bean. This favorable density allows for a darker roast without compromising the delicate subtle flavors present in the coffee. 

I taste notes of chocolate, almond and berries.
