Finca Naranjito is part of the Mapache Coffee estate; a fifth generation group of coffee producers led by Jan Carlo and Sofia Handtke. Together they have brought new life to older heritage farms in Western El Salvador. Combining sustainability, passion for the craft and land stewardship, their coffees are consistently some of the best El Salvador has to offer. We were fortunate enough to get our bear paws on a few of their very limited micro-lots.
Natural Processed coffees are cherries that are picked and air dried with the fruit intact. This brings a very fruity and complex flavor profile.
Pacamara is a hybrid coffee variety of a Salvadoran heirloom known as Pacas with Maragogype, a Brazilian heirloom.
